The Eastern Suburbs Sustainable Schools Network (ESSSN) welcomes teachers, early childhood educators and parents wanting to network and share ideas about school sustainability.

Solar My School
Solar my School is an Eastern Suburbs initiative and program to help local schools navigate a path to solar success by choosing the right solar system and setting them up with a reliable installer, as well as providing materials to teach students about the benefits of solar.

School waste education program
The kNOw WasteT Education Program is a Waverley Council and Cleanaway initiative aimed at developing primary-aged students’ knowledge of recycling and sustainable waste management practices. This free incursion program is returning in 2021 and is available to all primary schools in the Waverley Council area.
