I am Iacana Alves ( Mana) and I am with Waverley Family Day Care since I opened my Little Honey Bee FDC three years ago.
I am married, have two beautiful daughters and a beloved dog. I am from Brazil and I have arrived in Australia 22 years ago.
My background was in administration and I was also a kindergarten teacher in Brazil for 7 years.
For many years I worked caring for children as a nanny and after I raised my 2 daughters, I found my passion in Child Care Education. My FDC has had brought me great joy. I have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and I am looking forward to developing my professional skills planning to enrol in my Diploma in the future.
