Waverley Housing for Older People (WHOP)
Waverley Housing for Older People (WHOP) provides secure affordable housing for people over 55 years.
Council has over 50 units in various locations around Waverley that are managed by Bridge Housing.
Who is eligible
People over 55 years of age who:
- Can demonstrate that they have lived in Waverley for at least the last 5 years, or at least 10 of the last 15 years
- Are on a low income
- Are on the waiting list for NSW public housing.
How do I apply?
You can register on the NSW Housing wait list, and make an application for Waverley’s Housing for Older People Program through Bridge Housing.
