An adjacent green stepped terrace provides a more informal viewing area.
Who can book the facilities?
The centre is intended primarily as a civic recreation facility. Bookings are welcomed from sporting clubs, community groups and private providers of recreation and community activities. Non recreation functions and events will be accepted according to the pavilion’s access and equity guidelines.
Hirers are required to prepare and implement appropriate measures to ensure their staff or volunteers are aware of information on COVID-19, including when to get tested, physical distancing and cleaning, and how to manage a sick visitor.
Council is not the approving authority for COVID Safety plans and we are not the relevant authority to provide training on health-related matters.
The process of developing your own COVID Safety Plan or COVID-19 Safe Checklist and Risk Assessment will assist hirers and organisers to effective plan their events/meetings to ensure they are COVID Safe. Hirers are recommended to address the matters in the COVID-19 safety checklist as approved by the Chief Health Officer and published on the New Health website when completing their plans. Information required by the hirers can be found on the NSW Health website.
For more information contact the centre.
