Bondi WAVE
Bondi WAVE is a 12-week course that teaches youths aged 12 to 18 how to write and arrange original music. The program welcomes bands and individual applicants.
Held in the Bondi Pavilion Music Studios, each week groups are mentored by a rotating roster of industry professionals that have included: Lindy Morrison (OAM, The Go Betweens), Jim Elliot (The Cruel Sea), Abby Dobson (Leonardos Bride) and Brendan Gallagher (Karma County).
The program finishes with a final concert performance in the Bondi Pavilion Theatre and a professional recording in the Bondi Pavilion Music Studios. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, the Bondi WAVE program is a fantastic introduction to playing in a band and creating original music.
2025 Bondi WAVE
Applications for the next intake will occur in March 2025. Subscribe to the Waverley Weekly to be notified.
