The Bondi WAVE: Craft Your Sound
A song writing program for upper primary to year 12 students.
Calling all up and coming musicians!
Learn how to write a banger and play in a band from the best in the biz.
Bondi WAVE is a 12-week course that teaches people aged 12 - 18 about how to write and arrange original music. Interested? Apply here
This year we're back in the newly refurbished Bondi Pavilion Music Studios! Each week our groups are mentored by a rotating roster of industry professionals including:
- Jim Elliot from the Cruel Sea
- Rosie Fitzgerald and Luke O’Loughlin from I Know Leopard
- Dan Mac from Art Vs Science
- Brendan Gallagher from Karma County
The program includes a final concert performance in the Bondi Pavilion Theatre and a professional recording in the Bondi Pavilion Music Studios. Whether you're new to music or an experienced player, the Bondi WAVE program is a fantastic introduction to playing in a band and creating original music.
Already in a band or looking to start a band? Even better. The program welcomes bands and forms groups from individual applicants. Creative Kids Vouchers welcome.
