Bondi boasts a beating heart of arts and culture, withstudios, galleries, talks, a major literary award, festivals and shows, to namea few.

Bondi Arts & Culture is your look inside Bondi’sart scene. In the first part of the year, we see the sizzling, summer series of ‘Surf’s Up @ The Pav’about beach and surf culture, a month long celebration of jazz music at ‘Jazz @The Pav’ and an incredible line up of local talent at ‘Home Grown’ events.

Applications now open for Bondi Pavilion Gallery 2018

Located in the iconic heritage listed Bondi Pavilion, the Bondi Pavilion Gallery hosts an international audience with visitors from all walks of life. Boasting enormous visitation, Bondi Pavilion Gallery is a creative hub placed on the foreshore of contemporary Australian culture.

Applications close Monday 31 July 2017 at 5pm for consideration for a 2018 exhibition.

Waverley Artist Studios

Are you an emerging, mid-career or professional artists interested in working and showcasing your art within Bondi and the greater eastern suburbs area? Waverley Artist Studios are offering year-long residencies and applications are now open.

Successful applicants are expected to participate in a compulsory open studio event in the second last month of their occupancy. The open studio event is aimed to showcase works being produced during the time in the studios to curators, artists, funding bodies and the community.

Applications close September 23, 2016.
