Bondi Festival

Our beloved winter festival is back to breathe heat into your soul! Join us for comedy shows and creative theatre that will give you the giggles, or defrost the brain with a talks & ideas event. There are also family-friendly events, including dance parties and the Pavilion Paw parade for those whose children are of the furry variety.

The iconic Bondi Festival ice rink and Ferris wheel will return this year to light up the promenade. So, pop on down to Bondi Festival and get your fix of fun and entertainment.

NAIDOC Week

When: 6-13 July

National NAIDOC Week occurs in July every year and marks an opportunity for the community to come together in celebration of the history, culture, and excellence of First Nations people. In commemoration of this year's theme ‘The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy’, we are spotlighting talented young indigenous artists, Billy Reynolds, and Mi-kaisha & RIAH. Tuning Into Kids program

When: 5-week program from 22 July-19 August
Where: Online via Zoom
Time: 6.30-8.30 pm, weekly

Tuning Into Kids is a free, evidence-based parenting program that can make a positive difference to your child’s development by practicing strategies that help you teach your child the skills of emotional intelligence. People who are emotionally intelligent have better life outcomes, and kids who learn from and grow up with emotionally intelligent parents and role models are happier and healthier.

Beeswax food wrap workshop

Where: 33 Spring Street, Bondi Junction
Time: 10.30 am - 12 pm

Have you always wanted to learn how to make beeswax wraps but you're not sure where to start? Then this workshop is for you! This hands-on workshop focuses on reducing both food and plastic waste by learning how to store food correctly. Attendees will discover how to make their own beeswax wrap (which they can take home) and use instead of cling wrap, reducing reliance on single-use plastic.
