Arden Street Safety Upgrade
To ensure we provide a safer environment for the local community, we are starting work on the Arden Street Safety Upgrade. This project will be staged across 2020.

Bondi Junction Complete Streets Project
The Complete Streets project is part of Council's plan to enhance the vibrancy of Bondi Junction and its spaces.

Bondi Junction Cycleway & Streetscape Upgrade
The Bondi Junction Cycleway and Streetscape Upgrade will provide a separated cycleway through the Bondi Junction commercial centre, linking Oxford Street, Syd Einfeld Drive and Bondi Road to an existing cycleway at the northeastern corner of Centennial Park.

Bronte Cutting
Council installed a trial pedestrian walkway linking Calga Reserve and the Coastal Walk through Bronte Cutting. The walkway has temporarily replaced 20 car parking spaces and some parking meters on one side of the Cutting.

Campbell Parade Upgrades
We want to make Campbell Parade a world-class destination that complements the beach with a vibrant outdoor dining scene and great views to the beach all while acknowledging its rich history.

Changes to speed limits in Waverley
Council will be reducing speed limits from 50km/h to 40km/h throughout the Local Government Area (LGA).

Charing Cross Streetscape Upgrade
Charing Cross is a well-loved village centre caters to small businesses, schools, residents and a large volume of through and local traffic. To improve amenity and safety we will upgrade the streetscape.

Notts Avenue Safety & Streetscape Upgrade
Council has since identified Notts Avenue as a priority location for an upgrade to improve resident and visitors experience, with the aim to improve safety for all users of this space.
