What is the Waverley Housing for Older People Program?

Waverley Housing for Older People provides secure affordable housing for people over 55 years.

Council has over 50 units in various locations around Waverley are managed by Bridge Housing.

Who is eligible

People over 55 years of age who:

Can demonstrate that they have lived in Waverley for at least the last 5 years, or at least 10 of the last 15 years

Are on a low income

Are on the waiting list for NSW public housing.
