Plan your trip to Sunday's Festival of the Winds

Bondi Beach will be very busy this Sunday 9 September 2018, as thousands of people are expected to attend the 40th anniversary of the largest kite flying festival, Festival of the Winds.
As large crowds are expected and street parking is limited on weekends, the best way to get to and from Bondi Beach is public transport.
Please note, trackwork will affect trains between Bondi and Central so plan ahead and allow for plenty of extra travel time.
Extra buses will run from the city to Bondi Beach as well as shuttle buses between Bondi Junction and Bondi Beach.
