Is your business the Brightest and Best?
21 July 2017 | Media Release
Nominations are now open for Waverley Council’s Brightest and Best Business Awards which recognise, promote and reward the contribution by local businesses towards making Waverley a dynamic and economically vital place to live, work and shop.
The Awards are open to all businesses operating in the Waverley Local Government Area – large and small, retail and non-retail, village or home based.
The judges are looking for businesses who are leaders in their field, creative, innovative, and those who deliver exceptional customer service.
Mayor of Waverley Sally Betts said Council has been running these awards for 12 years.
“Waverley Council through its Brightest and Best Awards recognises the importance of a sustainable business community that is vibrant, robust and supports the creation of jobs and business opportunities.
“Winning this Award is great way to celebrate your efforts and receive some fantastic recognition and publicity.
Waverley Council would like to thank the following sponsors for their support of the event – Wentworth Courier, Quest Bondi Junction, the Bondi and Districts Chamber of Commerce, Realise Business and Easts Group/Sydney Roosters.
Council will host a gala night on Monday 13 November at the East Leagues Club where the finalists are celebrated and winners are announced.
Entries must be submitted by the 16 August. For more information visit www.waverley.nsw.gov.au/business/business_awards
