Enabling TLS 1.0 for online payment

For those who are having trouble accessing the Online Payment Webpage, the most common cause is that the TLS 1.0 option hasn't been enabled within you Web browser (eg Internet Explorer).

Please read on for how to enable the TLS 1.0 option with Internet Explorer or with Firefox on your computer.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click on the Tools from the menu bar at the top of the screen in Internet Explorer.
  2. In the drop down menu, select Internet Options. A smaller screen will pop up.
  3. In the Internet Options screen, click on the Advanced tab, and scroll down until you see the 'Use TLS 1.0 checkbox'. Click on the box to select it, then click the OK button to enable the TLS 1.0 option. Now, you can start with your online payments.
     
    Select Use LTS 1.0
     

Firefox

  1. Click on the Tools from the menu bar at the top of the screen in your Firefox.

    In Firefox go to tools and select options in the drop down box

  2. In the drop down box, select Options..., a smaller screen - Options will pop up.
  3. In the Options screen, click on the Advanced icon, and click on the Encryption tab, then click on the Use TLS 1.0 checkbox. Click the OK button to enable the TLS 1.0 option. Now, you can start with your online payments.
     
    Select Advanced option and scroll down to tick Use TLS.10
