Details
Fusing Pilates, Yoga, Strength & Stretch training, this Strength & Flexibility class is a total body workout focused on strength and endurance, postural alignment, balance, and core strength.
The class takes place on Tuesdays 2–3pm, in the Community Room at the Margaret Whitlam Recreation Centre.
The cost is $11 for seniors and $7 for pensioners per session.
