Mobile vending
Waverley Council issues a limited number of licences (four in total) for mobile vendors services in the LGA.
Proposal to grant 4 Mobile Vending Licences at Bondi Beach
Proposal to grant four (4) mobile vending licences within various locations of premises known as Promenade Bondi Beach, Bondi Park (D500048) Reserve Trust, Bondi Beach.
It is proposed that the mobile vending licences are to be used as mobile refreshment and/or mobile beach related services at Bondi Beach (excluding alcohol sales and food trucks), with the proposed mobile vending licences to be granted for a maximum term of 5 years.
Written submissions on the proposal must be sent to Council by 5pm, 16 June 2023 being not less than 28 days from the date of the notice.
