High Tide Room Roof

To ensure that Council can continue to provide a safe and functional space for Bondi Pavilion visitors, repair and upgrade works to Bondi Pavilion's High Tide room's roof are required.

The work is scheduled to commence on 19 March and conclude in early May (weather permitting), occurring Monday to Friday, from 7am to 5pm.

The upgrade will include:

  • Replacement of roof sheeting and insulation
  • Roof plumbing (flashings and cappings)

Additional Information

Please note, this work is not related to the Bondi Pavilion Upgrade and Conservation Project. The revised concept for this project will be open for community consultation once completed. While this concept is developed, we will be working on some much needed upkeep and maintenance work oat the Pavilion which includes this upgrade of the roof of the High Tide Room, and will be followed by renovating the public toilets, repairing and repainting windows and door frames, and replanting planter boxes.
