    Love to knit or crochet? Want to create warm wraps to help those in need? Then join our Waverley Library Wrap with Love Group, where you can create 25cm x 25cm squares that are sewn into a wrap to benefit less privileged communities. This relaxed and friendly group is open to all skill levels, and beginners will be provided with basic instructions to start them off on their square journey. Attendees must bring their own supplies, which includes size 4 needles or size 4 crochet hook and 8 ply yarn of any colour.

    Enjoy a special nature-based story time and play session, designed for children of walking age and older (siblings are also welcome).

    We’ve planted this event in the middle of science week at our favourite outdoor venue, where you’ll discover adoptable stick-insects, flora and fauna inspired intentional play, and have the opportunity to connect with other carers, families and friends.

    This event encourages curiosity, creativity, and a connection with country, and is made possible with the support of Bondi Beach Playgroups, Waverley Council and Waverley Library.
