Join Professor Wayne Warburton for an in-depth investigation of what our relationship with technology is doing to our brains and to the way we think.
From screen addiction to declining attention spans, and from digital distraction to cognitive overload, more and more studies are identifying that the time we spend interacting with screens is having a significant impact on how our minds work.
Wayne Warburton, Professor of Developmental Psychology at Macquarie University, has conducted extensive research into the cognitive effects of screen use, and is better placed than anyone to analyse these issues.
