8 May: Waverley Heritage & Design Awards

Waverley Bowling Club DA

Earlier this year, Easts Leagues Club lodged an appeal in the NSW Land & Environment Court over Council’s ‘deemed refusal’ of its application for the substantial redevelopment of the land currently occupied by Waverley Bowling Club.

We would like to assure the community that Council has engaged legal experts and experts in town planning, urban design, traffic and heritage to fight the appeal.

In July, we are holding an information session to inform residents and/or objectors about the appeal process.
