6 Mar: International Women’s Day.

Walk for Respect

We had a great turnout for our Walk for Respect- Together by the Sea on Sunday at Bondi Beach. It was great to see people of all ages come together to celebrate diversity and reject racism.

Our guest speaker, former president and CEO of the NSW Anti-Discrimination Board, Dr Stepan Kerkyasharian, provided his insights about inclusiveness and harmony.

International Women’s Day, 8 March

Join cultural leaders Rhoda Roberts, Founder, Sydney Dreaming Festival and Clothilde Bullen, Curator, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Exhibitions and Collections, Museum of Contemporary Art Sydney, in conversation on Friday, 8 March at Bondi Pavilion as they explore the theme for 2019’s International Women’s Day: Better for Balance. The celebrations continue to Waverley Library with a talk by Paramedic author Sandy Macken and a concert on Sunday, March 10, by The Vallerstein Trio who will perform works by women composers.
