Winners of the 2023 Brightest & Best Business Awards announced
16 November 2023
Mayor of Waverley, Paula Masselos, had the pleasure this evening of announcing the winners of Waverley Council’s 2023 Brightest & Best Business Awards at a glittering awards ceremony at Bondi Pavilion.
The Brightest & Best awards celebrate the contribution our local businesses make to Waverley’s economic and social vibrancy and are open to businesses large or small that operate across the district.
All entries are assessed against their industry peers across 12 categories including Best New Business—awarded to Nourish Organic Marketplace, Bondi Junction— and Environmental Sustainability—awarded to Sage Beauty, Bondi Beach.
Mayor of Waverley, Paula Masselos, said this year’s winners exemplified Waverley’s entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to customer service and innovation.
“Our winners have all contributed to our area’s thriving and high-profile local economy in their own special way, from family businesses who have operated in Waverley for many years, to newcomers who are making their stamp on our area,” Mayor Masselos said.
“They help make Waverley a dynamic place to live, work and shop, and contribute to our status as a world-renowned destination.
“As a small business owner, I appreciate the time and effort that is required to grow a successful business and to succeed in this challenging economy.
“It’s wonderful being able to provide an opportunity to say, “thank you” and “congratulations” to our local businesses who work so hard day in and day out.”
Waverley Council congratulates the winners of the 2023 Brightest & Best Business Awards:
