Report local issues to Council in a SNAP!

We’re making it easier for people to get in touch with Council with a free app called Snap Send Solve.

Snap Send Solve is an easy and efficient way to notify Council of issues that need addressing. From potholes to graffiti, all people need to do is take a snap! Best of all, people can report an issue on the go using their mobile.

All you need to do is:

• Download - Download Snap Send Solve for free through the App Store or Google Play
• Start a new report - Open the app and start a new report
• Snap a photo - Take a snap of the incident or upload from your camera roll
• Confirm location - Confirm your location using GPS
• Choose an incident - Select the type of incident you are reporting and add some notes (choose from a list of incidents including Abandoned Car, Rubbish, Graffiti, Parking, Playground equipment, trees etc)
• Send - Send your report to Waverley Council

Snap Send Solve is available to download via the App Store or Google Play, and is also available online.
