To say thank you to our wonderful community, and invite them to be part of our bumper February of fun, we’re giving residents the chance to win exclusive double pass tickets to two incredible live events coming to Bondi Beach:
- Mighty Hoopla – Australia’s ultimate pop extravaganza, bursting with colour, energy and all the feel-good vibes
Available - 1 x double pass ticket - Golden Hour – an iconic outdoor music experience headlined by the legendary Crowded House

1. Eligibility
1.1 The promotion is open to all participants aged 18 and over who live in Waverley Local Government Area during the competition period, 3 February to 12 February inclusive.
1.2 Participants may submit multiple entries.
1.3 Entries are not permitted from immediate family of any associated business/organisational owner/employee, Mighty Hoopla owner/employee, Fuzzy owner/employee or any representatives of Waverley Council and its partner organisations.
2. Entry Period
2.1 The entry period begins on the launch date of the promotion, 3 February, and closes at midnight on 12 February.
2.2 Only completed applications received by the closing date will be eligible for the prize draw.
3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter, participants must complete a simple application form via the designated online portal with details including First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Post Code and Phone Number.
4. Prizes
4.1 There will be two (2) winners in total. Each winner will receive a Double Pass Ticket (valid for two (2) individuals) for either Mighty Hoopla or Golden Hour: Crowded House, which can be used exclusively at the designated events.
4.2 Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries within 24 hours after the promotion ends.
5.2 Winners will be notified via the email account provided during their entry submission. If a winner cannot be reached within five (5) days of initial notification, a new winner will be drawn.
6. Privacy
6.1 All personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, in strict accordance with Waverley Council’s privacy policy.
7. General Conditions
7.1 Waverley Council reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
7.2 Waverley Council reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.3 By entering this promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
