Terms and Conditions

^{1. Eligibility}

^{a. The promotion is open to all shoppers aged 18 and over who purchase goods at any retail stores located within the Waverley Local Government Area during the promotion period, 1 June 2026 to 30 June 2026 inclusive.}
^{b. A participant must have spent a minimum of $25 in a single transaction.}
^{c. A Participant can submit a maximum of one entry per business. In the event that multiple entries for the same business are submitted, only one entry will be counted.}
^{d. Entries are not permitted from immediate family members of any nominated retail business owner/employee, or any representatives of Waverley Council and its partner organisations.}
^{e. The promotion is intended to support products and service-based businesses, excluding professional and trades-based services.}
^{f. Entries from the following types of businesses will not be accepted as part of this promotion: major supermarket chains, shopping centres, international chains, and any liquor, tobacconists, gambling, or adult services establishments or the like, or any other business industry deemed not to be in accordance with this competition.}

^{2. Entry Period}

^{a. The entry period begins on the launch date of the promotion, 1 June 2026, and closes at midnight on 30 June 2026.}
^{b. Only completed applications received by the closing date will be eligible for the prize draw.}

^{3. How to Enter}

^{a. A participant must complete a application form via the online portal, upload a clear photo of their qualifying receipt, along with details including First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Postcode and Phone Number.}

^{4. Prizes}

^{a. There will be eight (8) winners in total. Each winner will receive a $250 voucher, which can be used exclusively at the business nominated on the supplied receipt selected to win the competition.}
^{b. Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.}

^{5. Winner Selection and Notification}

^{a. Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the promotion ends.}
^{b. Winners will be notified via the email address provided during their entry submission. If a winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of initial notification, a new winner will be drawn.}

^{6. Privacy}

^{a. All personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, in strict accordance with Waverley Council’s privacy policy.}

^{7. General Conditions}

^{a. Waverley Council reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.}
^{b. Waverley Council reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances.}
^{c. By entering this promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.}
