We’re delivering a suite of seminars, webinars and events for parents with children under 5, tweens, and teens, who are looking to upgrade their parenting toolkit, or simply connect with others.

Body Safety Australia Community Workshop

This two-hour practical workshop, in partnership with Body Safety Australia, empowers families with safety tools that can be used in the home, school, and community to keep children safe. We will be covering important topics such as consent and boundary setting, online safety, and protecting against sexual abuse.

Tuning into Kids 6-week program

Tuning Into Kids (TIK) is a free, evidence-based parenting program that can make a positive difference to your child’s development. You’ll practice strategies to teach your child emotional intelligence, develop your own understanding of emotions, and boost your communication skills for building better relationships with your kid/s.

Discover learning through play

Play is a vital tool for your child’s emotional, cognitive, and social development. During this online session, parents will discover how to boost learning, parent-child bonds and resilience through play.

Our regular playgroups provide families with young children a place to connect, play, learn, make friends and build social networks. Join us for a special beach-themed Storytime with Waverley Library and Bondi Beach Playgroups. Little ones can enjoy stories and play while caregivers receive important water safety tips just in time for summer.

Happy Campers - Creative Development

Happy Campers is a gentle musical space where your baby’s movements create live, improvised music. Designed for pre-crawling babies and their carers, this unique experience invites you to play, connect, and make your very first music together. Happy Campers is presented as part of Waverley Council’s Local Creative Collaborations.
