Remembering Archie by Jonah Zeiderman
My mate Archie Perkin passed away from a cardiac arrest in January 2020. He was 13 years old and attended Waverley College. He was a great mate to everyone, he surfed and played rugby, he loved life, everyone loved being around him, his energy was infectious and inspiring. So many boys made friends through their connection with Archie and everyone considered Archie to be their own 'best mate'. I loved photographing Archie in the surf, you can see the look captured on his face that he lived his life to the fullest. We were hoping to film some more surf sessions together over the Christmas holidays, but were waiting for the sky to clear from the bushfires. Sadly we didn't get that opportunity. I made this film from video and photographs I captured of Archie in 2019, as a way to help myself, all the local groms and Archie's family to know that Archie will never be forgotten. Yeah the Boys!

Frame It! by Teonie Quach
I have created a stop motion animated short inspired by the works of Mister Maker. His creativity resonated with me as a child and now that I am older, I have learnt valuable lessons and ideas that I put forward in my life. He has motivated me to embrace and kindle my creativity.
