Song-style Diancha workshop

Wed 25 Feb, 6:30pm - 8pm

Tea has been a symbol of Chinese culture since ancient times, maintaining its significance in modern society. The workshop will showcase Song-style Diancha, an ancient Chinese tea art originating from the Song Dynasty (960–1279). Participants will be introduced to the history and cultural importance of tea, along with its health benefits for the human body. During the session, we will practice making tea lattes that closely resemble those crafted in the Song style over 1000 years ago. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, attendees will have the opportunity to create their own unique tea lattes.
