Automatic Loan Renewals

Any items you have on loan will be automatically renewed on the evening of the due date up to three times, except iPads which are one renewal only.

However an item will not be renewed in the following circumstance:

• the item is reserved by another member
• you have reached the three maximum renewals
• the item is a Quick Pick

Worried this means you might miss your final due date? Don’t be, you will receive a reminder for any items that can’t be renewed due to the circumstances above.

Be sure to return items promptly as charges will apply for additional notifications that need to be sent.
