Habitat Stepping Stones
Waverley is such a densely populated area that it is hard to imagine where the fifty six species of birds and animals we host live.
With Habitat Stepping Stones, you can help provide our wildlife with an important habitat stop over in your garden, balcony or school!
Habitat Stepping Stones will provide you with planting information specific to the Waverley area. It will guide you in choosing habitat elements that will help you create a beautiful and thriving garden that can also be a friendly stop over for our local wildlife.
After pledging which habitat elements you will add to your garden, you will receive a plaque for your fence and see a bird appear on the online map representing your property.
Help Waverley wildlife thrive and sign up to Habitat Stepping Stones!
Waverley residents who sign up can receive $10 worth of native seedlings at the Randwick Nursery. Just take your confirmation email along.
