Waverley Council convenes and supports several advisory and consultative committees. These committees tackle broad local issues and provide a forum for discussion among council representatives, local agencies and community members.

All committees have Terms of Reference which tell you if and how you can:

  • attend a meeting
  • join the committee as a member
  • provide feedback/comments about items under discussion

Can the committee investigate individual complaints?

Committees look at broad community issues and do not investigate or address individual complaints.

If you want to request a specific Council service or wish to make a complaint, please call Council’s Customer Service Centre on 9083 8000 or email us. Please provide as much detailed information as possible about the request or complaint and where necessary the exact address or location of works required. Our Call Centre staff will log your request into Council’s customer service request system, and you can then track your query or request with a follow up phone call.
