A little bit about “CC”

My name is Cintia and I’m affectionately known as “CC” by the little ones. I have a Certificate III qualification in Children Services, First AID + CPR certification. I also have a Bachelor in Science with Major in Biochemistry and an Advanced Diploma in Education, alongside with a combined experience of 14 years teaching in pre school and high school in Brazil. As well as over 5 years experience in Australia working in childcare centres and as a full time nanny.

I’m proud to say that I have become a permanent resident in Australia in 2019, where I have been living in since 2015. The CC’s Eco FDC has always been a big dream of mine, which came true registered alongside with the Waverley Council Family Day Care scheme.

I am a very compassionate, patient and proactive person, also a fun loving professional with a deep passion for early childhood education. I love children’s positive energy and being around them makes my day. I believe that to teach children effectively you must touch their hearts long before you begin to teach their minds. I also trust that children learn most productively through playing in a nurturing, fun, calm and natural environment, with dedicated and qualified educators helping them to shape up their futures by facilitating opportunities for discovery, growth and development with love and respect.
