Waverley Fencing Upgrade

Waverley Council manages over 5km of park and reserve coastline, a combination of cliff-tops and iconic beaches with roughly 3km of different types of fencing.  Maintaining the current fencing has been difficult as it is all varied materials and at different stages of its lifecycle.

This project will see the installation of a new style of fencing across the coastal public reserves.

Fences will be replaced in the following parks/reserves:

  • Cuthbert Street Fencing (Queens Park) - Late November - December
  • Marks Park Playground (Tamarama) - Late November - December
  • Clarke Reserve (Vaucluse)  - Late January - February

Generally, works will occur Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm and Saturdays, 8am - 1pm (if required).
