Customer Service Centre  

Please be advised that Waverley Council’s Customer Service Centre, located at 55 Spring Street Bondi Junction, will be closed on Friday 8 March 2013 to enable a required technical software upgrade.

Our Call Centre will still be available between 8:30am and 5:00pm to answer any enquiries, and can be accessed by phoning 9369 8000.

Planning Advice

Duty Town Planners are available for general telephone and counter enquires between 8.30am - 5.00pm. Monday to Friday
Development application lodgements are only processed between 8.30am - 1.00pm and 2.00pm - 4.00pm.

Interpretation Services

The Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) can be used by members of the public to contact and speak to council staff.
When you ring TIS state the language you require and you will be connected to an interpreter over the phone. If your matter is more complicated, lengthy ( more than 15 minutes) or involves the explanation of legal or technical terms, we can arrange an interpreter to attend an appointment with you to assist with this matter. This is a FREE service.
TIS is available 24hours a day 7 days per week

Justice of Peace Service

A free JP service is available at Waverley Customer Service Centre.
55 Spring Street, Bondi Junction.
Monday to Friday 10.00am -2.00pm
A JP can witness oaths, signatures, affidavits, statutory declarations and certifies documents.
