Paint your dreams on Bondi Beach Sea Wall

Applications are now open for artists seeking to paint their mural on the famous Bondi Beach Sea Wall.

Since the late 1970’s, the Sea Wall which runs along the length of south Bondi Beach promenade and skate park, has featured a mix of street and contemporary art.

Sixty-five, four meter panels make up the Sea Wall and have hosted the work of some of the best known street artists across the globe for six months at a time.

The Sea Wall is open to artists of all calibres and has showcased art works ranging from collages, stencils, pop art, text works, love notes and memorial portraits.

Mayor of Waverley Sally Betts said the artworks are a constantly changing panorama.

“The Sea Wall shows the diverse and interesting character of Bondi.

“The Wall attracts the attention of over 2.2 million people visiting Bondi every year.

“It is a great platform for new and established artists to display their work. I encourage everyone to come to Bondi to see the artworks for themselves."
