Waverley Council has many interesting and beautiful walking trails that take visitors around passing through some important historical buildings, heritage landmarks and fine architecture in the Waverley area. The walks also give visitors opportunity to view our finest beaches and parks.

Waverley Council has been developing strategies to increase the proportion of pedestrians relative to car use. The Green Links Pedestrian Network will establish an integrated network of recreation pedestrian links across the Waverley LGA, provide recreation opportunities for all local residents and visitors, as well as provide links to schools, shops, beaches and transport. There will be 5 Green Links walking routes in total.
