Health help

Kids Helpline is a free, private and confidential, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between 5 and 25 years old.

Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing support and access to young people between 12-25 years and their families. This covers four core areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.

Youth Off The Streets is a community organisation working for young people who are disadvantaged, homeless, drug dependent and or recovering from abuse. We support these young people as they work to turn their lives around and overcome significant disadvantage and/or immense personal traumas such as neglect, physical, psychological and emotional abuse.

Life Education provides information and support for children and young people to make safer and healthier choices through drug and health education.

ABC Parenting contains a comprehensive collection of articles, news stories, tips and websites about all aspects of raising babies to school aged children.
