Parking meters

Waverley Council also operates a network of parking meters in commercial areas and at its beaches to help manage the demand for parking.

Parking meter rates vary depending on the time and location. All parking meters accept coins and secure credit card payment, as well as payment using new PayPass and Paywave technology.

Please note that you still need to adhere to any time restrictions on your parking space, so please ensure you read the relevant parking sign carefully before finalising your payment. For pay and display parking meters, make sure you clearly display your valid ticket on the dashboard to avoid being issued an infringement.

Contact

If you notice that there is a problem with one of our parking meters, you can report it by contacting the meter provider listed on the front of the meter.
