Bondi Pavilion Purpose Statement

Located in a unique setting, Bondi Pavilion is a place in which locals and visitors are entertained, informed, refreshed and restored. Bondi Pavilion is a centre of community life, a beach and cultural icon that communicates Bondi & Waverley locally, nationally and to the world.

The Pavilion overlooks spectacular Bondi Beach and is home to the famous Bondi Lifeguards and a thriving café and retail precinct. It is a vibrant arts and entertainment centre as well as a surf and bathing pavilion which holds a special place in Australian beach culture.

The Bondi Pavilion Purpose Statement acknowledges and provides a vision for the diverse range of activities, programs and initiatives that occur in and around the Pavilion. It also identifies new potential opportunities and developments to ensure the Pavilion remains a vibrant, dynamic multipurpose community facility into the future.
