Liquor Working Group

In July 2011, Council endorsed the establishment of a Liquor Working Group to work for a period of 12 months on strategies to reduce antisocial behaviour associated with licensed premises.

Membership includes representatives of the Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction and Charing Cross Precinct Committees, Licensing Police and the Eastern Suburbs Liquor Accord. 

The Group held its first meeting in September 2011 and will continue to meet every two-three months until August 2012. It will report to the Community Safety Advisory Committee and to Council, and share information through Council’s web site.
