Rockpool Discovery Tours: Join our expert marine biologist guide to uncover the amazing marine life that lives in Bondi’s rockpools.
Bird walk Bronte: Join a small group on a guided walk around Bronte, Tamarama or Diamond Bay. Enjoy a morning of bird watching and finish with a coffee!
Drawing Our Coast: Celebrate our amazing environment by joining drawing artist Cameron Stead and the Transition Bondi crew to learn the basics of drawing. Let your creativity run wild and put your new skills into practice by drawing what connects you with our coast.
Waste to Resource: Join the Transition Bondi crew in this fun workshop to turn your waste into useful items. Learn how to make scourers with orange bags, knitting and crochet threads from torn sheets, seeds packets from recycled paper and weavings with dried leaves.
Artist Talk Michele Barker and Anna Munster – View from the Arctic – Ecologies of Duration: Join esteemed artists Michele Barker and Anna Munster as they share their Arctic odyssey. In 2023 Barker was invited to undertake a two-week exploration of Svalbard, aboard a specially equipped sailing ship, where she witnessed first-hand the dire effects of climate change in the Arctic, an area transforming six times faster than the rest of the planet.
Artist Talk – Rox de Luca: Sydney based artist and eco-warrior Rox De Luca is renowned for her intricate creations with surprising origins. Join her for an intimate artist talk to discuss her process, philosophy and how we can combat plastic waste in our everyday lives.
