Bondi Junction Planning Review
The Bondi Junction Planning Review comprises a draft Local Environmental Plan,
a draft
Development Control Plan and a draft Public Domain Technical Manual that apply to the Bondi
Junction commercial centre, and the residential land immediately adjoining it to the south.
The draft Plans were on public exhibition from
Wednesday, 14 November to Friday, 21 December
2007 pursuant to Section 66 of the Environmental Planning and
Assessment Act 1979 and to clause 18 of the Environmental Planning and
Assessment Regulation 2000. However, the draft documents will be available
on this website until it will be considered by Council.
A supporting Information Brochure explains the purpose of the three draft documents and
includes the details of how to send a submission. Relevant State Environmental Planning Policies and
Local Planning Directions can be found on the
Department of Planning (DoP) website.
The section 65 Certificate and
accompanying letter from the DoP can also be downloaded.
