Совет Уэверли работает в пределах территории, подведомственной Местному правительству (Local Government Area, (LGA), простирающейся на 9 км2, захватывая такие пригороды Сиднея, как Бронти (Bronte), Тамарама (Tamarama) и Бондай (Bondi) на востоке; на севере - районы Довер Хайтс (Dover Heights) и Роуз Бэй (Rose Bay), на западе - Квинс Парк (Queens Park), Бондай Джанкшен (Bondi Junction) и Чаринг Кросс (Charing Cross); и на юг – до Бронти.
