Volunteering

More than 6 million Australians volunteer each year – and are themselves happier and healthier as a result. Research tells us that just a few hours of volunteer work makes a difference in people’s happiness.

Volunteering is a great way to connect with others and help out in your community. Volunteering can lead to new experiences, great confidence, meeting new people and the learning of new skills.

It’s easy to join
