The Mill Hill Centre has several fully accessible meeting rooms available for local community and limited (weekday, evening and weekends) private and business use. The venues are suitable for seminars, adult education classes, meetings and auctions.
Meeting Room 1 ( Level 1 )
Approximately 30 square metres. Comfortably seats up to 15 people cluster style using tables and chairs OR up to 20 people seated theatre style.
Whiteboard available.
Meeting Room 2 ( Level 2 )
Approximately 47 square metres opening out on to a large outdoor balcony area. Comfortably seats up to 40 people cluster style using tables and chairs or 50 people seated theatre style.
Whiteboard and projector screen available.
Meeting Rooms A&B ( Ground Floor )
Approximately 30 square metres, rectangular shaped, informal setting comfortably seating up to 20 people using tables and chairs. A room divider is available allowing the room to be partitioned into two areas if needed.
Whiteboard available.
Community and Seniors’ Centre (Ground Floor)
A large function hall that is only available for hire on weeknights and weekends. Approximately 180 square metres, it can accommodate 120 people theatre style or using tables and chairs. It has a wooden polished floor, large glass windows and doors that open out onto a leafy courtyard. A room divider allows the hall to be divided in to two rooms (104 square metres and 76 square metres) if required.
ALL MEETING ROOMS HAVE ACCESS TO LIMITED KITCHEN FACILITIES BUT OWN TEA/COFFEE/CUPS etc MUST BE PROVIDED.
DISABILITY ACCESS TO BUILDING AND RESTROOMS. THERE IS A LIFT AVAILABLE TO ALL MEETING ROOMS.
REGULAR BOOKINGS WILL ONLY BE TAKEN FOR UP TO A 3 MONTH PERIOD.
