Waverley Local Environmental Plan 1996 (Amendment No. 33)

Waverley LEP 1996 (Amendment No. 33) was gazetted on 23 December 2011 and lists approximately 180 heritage items and 9 heritage conservation areas. A full version of the LEP incorporating the updated Schedule 5 and heritage maps are now accessible at the link to the written instrument above.

Mapping Correction - Waverley LEP 1996 (Amendment No. 34)

Waverley LEP 1996 (Amendment No. 34) was gazetted on 28 January 2011. The amendment addresses a minor mapping error relating to the zoning of 82-92 Gould Street, Bondi Beach.

Waverley LEP (Bondi Junction Centre) 2010 (Amendment No. 1) was gazetted on 10 December 2010. The Amendment addresses a minor mapping error relating to the zoning of 118 and 118A Bronte Road under Section 73A of the EP&A Act.

Update Land Use Table - Waverley LEP (Bondi Junction Centre) 2010 (Amendment No. 2)

Waverley LEP (Bondi Junction Centre) 2010 (Amendment No. 2) was gazetted on 28 October 2011. The Amendment includes 'dual occupancies' as a permissible use within the R3 - Medium Density Residential zone.
