Waverley Affordable Housing Program

Waverley Affordable Housing Program (WAHP) is a social initiative seeking to encourage, retain and enable the provision of affordable rental accommodation throughout the Waverley local government area (LGA).

How does the WAHP work?

WAHP stock is generated and secured through a combination of planning mechanisms, developer incentives and voluntary contributions  as below:
