Waverley Council's multi-million dollar redevelopment of the Oxford Street Mall has created a new heart for Bondi Junction, a place where residents and visitors can meet and mingle, enjoy a casual outdoor meal without the disruption of traffic, and shop for day to day or specialty needs.

At the top of the Mall, Westfield's black label centre offers luxury international and local retail brands, as well as David Jones, Grace Bros, Target, Coles Myer, and a Woolworths supermarket.

The mall itself is now home to a weekly Organic Food and Farmer's Markets (every Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and a Rotary Market (every Sunday).
